These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and agreements with Posh Allure, a webshop that offers luxury skincare, make-up, and gift boxes. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
2.1 To place an order, the customer must complete the ordering process on the website.
2.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Posh Allure.
2.3 After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation is not yet a final acceptance of the order.
2.4 Posh Allure reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of abuse, incomplete, or incorrect information.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods Multisafepay available on the website.
3.3 Posh Allure reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the price that will be charged.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer, provided the address is entered correctly and completely.
4.2 Posh Allure strives to deliver orders within the stated time frame. Delivery may, however, be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 The customer will receive a track-and-trace code to follow the delivery of their order.
4.4 The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
5.3 The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
5.4 After receipt of the returned products, the purchase amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.
6. Products and Product Information
6.1 Posh Allure makes every effort to present the product information on the website as accurately as possible.
6.2 Posh Allure is not responsible for any errors in the product description, images, or prices on the website.
6.3 The products offered through the webshop are intended solely for use on the skin and according to the provided usage instructions.

7.1 Posh Allure respects the privacy of its customers and acts in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

9.1 Posh Allure is not liable for any delay or damage resulting from force majeure, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Posh Allure’s control.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
10.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 All disputes arising from or related to the agreement will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
